We hosted an experiential event where participants can learn and enjoy sustainable initiatives. MEDIA IS HOPE Inc. established September 24th as “Let’s Make It Together! Renewable Energy Day,” which has been officially recognized and registered by the Japan Anniversary Association since 2023. This year, 2025, marked the first two-day, two-venue event held at facilities powered by renewable energy. At a time when serious social change is urgently needed to address climate change, we held this grand celebration to spread hope and collaborative action throughout society!

■Purpose:
The purpose is to increase interest in climate change in Japan and help participants experience renewable energy as a hopeful solution, leading to positive information sharing and behavioral change. This third installment serves as a collaborative hub where practitioners and opinion leaders from various industries unite. This event provides a complete journey that spans from expanding awareness of climate change and sustainability issues, through creating positive momentum and motivation for solutions, all the way to inspiring actual action.
*Renewable energy booths were set up both days, where visitors could bring their electricity bills for on-site consultation, cost simulation, and assistance with switching to renewable energy.

A non-profit organization that provides various support to strengthen climate change reporting in order to realize a society that can solve climate change. Aiming to fundamentally solve climate change, it acts as a bridge to build co-creative relationships between media, citizens, companies, and all other stakeholders. It also operates a media collaboration platform that transcends media and affiliations.
MEDIA IS HOPE Inc. also provide spaces for various stakeholders to connect and co-create, such as by hosting the Climate Change Media Symposium, where media professionals, international organizations such as the United Nations, experts, practitioners, citizens and young people discuss the type of reporting required to solve climate change, and “Let’s Make It Together! Renewable Energy Day” supported by the Ministry of the Environment.
